Layaway Policy

At Maddie V Designs, we’re pleased to offer a flexible Layaway Program to make luxury accessible on your terms. This plan allows you to secure the piece you love with a manageable payment schedule.

How It Works

• Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to place any item on layaway.
• Payment Plan: The remaining 80% balance will be divided into five equal monthly payments.
• Payment Schedule: Payments are due on the same day each month, starting 30 days after the initial deposit.
• Maximum Term: Layaway must be completed within 5 months from the deposit date.

Important Terms

• No Interest: This is an interest-free payment plan.
• Missed Payments: One missed payment may result in cancellation of the layaway and forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellation Policy: If the customer cancels the layaway, the 20% deposit will be forfeited. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
• Merchandise Hold: Items will remain with Maddie V Designs until the final payment is received.
• Final Sale: Once layaway is completed and the item is delivered, it is considered a final sale.
