No Upfront Inventory Costs
You showcase the jewelry without purchasing inventory. We handle the product investment—you earn from every sale.
Commission-Based Earnings
You receive a commission for every item sold, based on the sale price.
Commission Structure
- Sale Price Range - Commission Rate:
- $1 - $1,500 - 15% Commission
- $1,501 - $2,999 - 10% Commission
- $3,000+ - 5% Commission
- 10% Commission for Stylist
- 12% Commission for Salons
Example: Sell a $1,200 pair of diamond studs? You earn $180. Sell a $2,000 tennis bracelet? You earn $200. Sell a $5,000 dollar necklace? You earn $250.

- Sales Reporting: We'll provide a simple template to log sales and track commissions.
- Restocking & Rotation: We'll rotate items seasonally or as needed to keep the display fresh and aligned with your clientele's preferences.
- Support & Training: We offer visual aids, story-driven talking points, and quick-reference pricing to support your sales team.
Consignment Agreement
1. Consignment Terms
The Consignor agrees to provide jewelry items on consignment to the Consignee for retail sale. Ownership of the merchandise remains with the Consignor until such time as the item is sold to a retail customer.
2. Commission and Payment
Consignee agrees to remit payment to the Consignor according to the following commission structure:
15% commission on sold items priced between $1 and $1,500
10% commission on sold items priced between $1,501 and $2,999
5% commission on sold items priced $3,000+
Payment for sold items, minus the applicable commission, must be remitted to Maddie V Designs by the 15th of the following month. All payments must include a sales report with item descriptions and sale prices.
3. Pricing and Display
All merchandise will be delivered with pre-tagged pricing and product descriptions approved by the Consignor. The Consignee agrees not to alter pricing, branding, or packaging in any way without written approval.
The Consignee is responsible for presenting the merchandise in a clean, secure, and professional display environment consistent with the brand aesthetic of Maddie V Designs.
4. Loss, Theft, and Damage Policy
The Consignee assumes full responsibility for all consigned merchandise upon delivery and throughout the consignment period. Maddie V Designs is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage while items are in the possession, care, or control of the Consignee. Merchandise must be stored and displayed in a secure, climate-controlled environment. In the event of loss, theft, or damage—regardless of cause—the Consignee agrees to reimburse Maddie V Designs for the full wholesale value of the affected item(s) within 14 calendar days of discovery.
We strongly recommend that the Consignee carry sufficient insurance to protect against such losses.
5. Inventory Management
The Consignor will provide an inventory list upon delivery. The Consignee agrees to maintain accurate inventory records and notify the Consignor of any discrepancies within 3 business days. Periodic inventory reviews may be requested by the Consignor. Any missing items not accounted for in sales or returns will be considered lost and invoiced to the Consignee at full wholesale value.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Unsold merchandise may be returned to the Consignor at any time, provided items are in original condition. The Consignee is responsible for securely packaging and returning items, or arranging for in-person pickup.
7. Term and Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, the Consignee agrees to return all unsold merchandise or remit payment for any missing or damaged items.
