Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, or additional fees determined by your country’s customs agency. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

International Returns

All international orders are eligible for our standard 30-day return policy. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT, and taxes associated with returning items to Amoré Lux Jewelry.

🚫 We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns.

If duties, VAT, or taxes were paid at delivery, you must contact your shipping carrier or customs office directly to request a refund of those fees.

If a package is refused by the customer or undeliverable due to inaccessibility or unavailability, and our company is charged return fees (including outbound or inbound shipping costs, duties, VAT, or taxes), those costs will be deducted from the refund total.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable service such as UPS or FedEx, but the choice of carrier is entirely up to you.

  • All original packaging (jewelry box/pouch) should be included
  • Engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return

 

Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
